Mute Swan (mj) [Cygnus olor] 7/5/2024 FDR State Park- Yorktown NY Cygnet with an unusual swimming stroke or an injured leg? I watched in the morning fog as the leg remained unmoved from the pictured position. After five minutes the young swan's leg gently dipped back down into the water and eveything became normal.
